DOES HUMDINGER JUICE OFFER FREE PICKUP AT THE FACILITY?
Yes! We have store hours for stopping in and grabbing juice on the go! *Quantities may be limited.
There is also the option for pickup at our facility on the checkout page, for all orders that have been placed online. We will call as soon as your juice is ready for pick up in the afternoon. Just remember to bring a cooler, if you haven’t already purchased one on our site, and leave our cooler behind at the door, or in our mailbox. If we’ve left for the day and you can’t get by until the evening, your juice will be kept cold in a cooler by the door.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET JUICE IN MY HANDS?
All orders must be placed online 24 hours before delivery or pickup. If you’re not looking to cleanse and just want to grab a few bottles, dropping by a retail location will be your best bet (see retail locations tab on website for more information). We sometimes have extra juice on hand, so try calling us if it’s less than a 24 hour lead time and you’re in need of juice! We can be reached by email, or by phone at 919-780-8288.
HOW DO YOU ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?
1) Fill your shopping cart with juice/cleanse packages.
2) On the checkout page, be sure to select the date you wish to have your juice delivered. We deliver between the hours of 9am-7pm.
*If you won’t be home, please make sure that a cooler with ice/packs is present. If cleansing, you begin the morning after your cleanse is delivered.
CAN I PICKUP A CLEANSE PACKAGE OR USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE AT A RETAIL LOCATION?
Our retail locations are for grab and go customers wanting to purchase a few juices on the fly. If everyone stopped by a retail location to pickup a cleanse, we’d run out of juice. We are still a small batch juice company that cares about the freshness of our cold-pressed juice. All cleanse packages and gift certificates should be redeemed in our online store.
ARE YOU REALLY 100% ORGANIC?
YES! As a matter of fact, we started this juice venture around the very idea of organic. We believe in organic more than anything and it’s at the very heart of what we do.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PRODUCE?
We currently order our organic produce from Eastern Carolina Organics, Albert’s Organics and Whole Foods.
I RECEIVED A JUICE WITH A SMALL HUMMINGBIRD STICKER ON THE CAP. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This is to alert you that the bottle has an earlier expiration date than the others. All marked bottles should be consumed first.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN CLEANSE LEVELS?
The difference is in the number of Balance (green) juices you consume in a day. Level 1 is two, level 2 is three and level 3 is four. You can customize your cleanse order by selecting an existing package and letting us know the new breakdown in the order notes, i.e. subbing CHARGE for LIFT, etc.
CAN I MAKE ADDITIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS TO A CLEANSE PACKAGE?
Of course! Several clients add Charge, replace Lift, add Glow, etc. You call the shots here. Just alert us in the order notes at checkout.
I NOTICED YOU’RE USING PLASTIC BOTTLES. WHAT’S THE DEAL?
Our 16 oz. bottles are 100% recyclable, PET grade material and BPA-free. It is the safest single-use plastic bottle on the market. It is also lighter in weight, which helps reduce the amount of gas needed to transport our juice to you!
WHY DOES HUMDINGER JUICE HAVE A SHELF LIFE OF JUST FIVE DAYS?
Unlike other juices, we believe in keeping necessary and crucial enzymes, minerals and other vital nutrients alive. We don’t believe in pasteurization or adding preservatives, which compromises the nutrients in your juice. We’d rather take the time to get it right and make it fresh. You deserve it!
WHAT’S WITH THE FUNKY COLORS AND SEPARATION IN MY BOTTLE?
We are dealing with fresh fruit and vegetables, so separation happens. This is where you remember to shake & enjoy!
WHY DO YOU ADD FILTERED WATER TO YOUR JUICE?
While fruit is great for you, a spike in blood sugar is not. Every nutritionist we’ve spoken with has stressed the importance of adding filtered water to pure juice, especially ones with a higher fruit content. Juice percentages are as follows: Balance(88%), Glow(75%), Lift(56%), Charge(56%), Zingers(100%)
